Japanese Electronic Components company looking for Senior Sales Executive who has a sales activity in ASEAN
Job Description
・Maintain good relationship with existing (80%)
・Find new clients and promoting new (20%)
・Liaising with several （Japan, China and Malaysia）
・Workclosely with sales coordinators and support in inventory
・Respond to
・Work closely with global teams for quote and
・Business trip to ASEAN (eg:Malaysia, Philippine . (one in a month 2-3 days)
・Other related tasks as instructed by
・既存顧客との良好な関係を維持（80％）
・新規顧客の開拓および新規ビジネスの推進（20％）
・複数の工場との連携
・営業コーディネーターと密に連携し、在庫管理をサポート
・見積依頼への対応
・グローバルチームと連携し、見積対応や定期事業レビューを実施
・ASEAN諸国への出張（月1回程度、2～3日間）
・上司から指示されるその他関連業務

・5-10 years of working experience and deeply understanding in Electric component (Electronics)(Preferrable)
・Working experience as (Preferrable)
・Problem solving and analyzing
・English(Business level)-Communicating and discussing with English speaking employees and clients, group
・Japanese(Preferable equal to or greater than Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1)- Communicating and discussing with Japanese speaker in the headquarter and the factory in
・Basic knowledge of MS
・Responsible, and able to communicate effectively with clients, supplier, and internal
・Ability to report to a Japanese
・Responsive and able to work under fast-paced
・Meticulous and good in managing
・5～10年の電子部品業界での実務経験および業界理解が好ましい
・問題解決力および分析力
・英語話者の社員、顧客、グループ会社とのコミュニケーションのためにビジネスレベルの英語力
・日本本社および日本の工場とのやり取りのため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・MS Officeの基本的な知識
・責任感があり、顧客・サプライヤー・社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
・日本人上司への報告ができる方
・スピード感のある環境でも柔軟に対応できる方
・細部に注意を払い、データ管理が得意な方
