業務内容
Senior MOCVD Engineer leading III-V epigrowth development and planetary reactor
-Operate MOCVD planetary reactor system and horizontal reactor system, and perform InGaAsP/InAlGaAs/InP and AlGaAs/GaAs epitaxial growth and regrowth runs as per specified layer structure for both production and NPD/NPI development projects, including both in-situ growth monitoring and post-growth characterization of photoluminescence, XRD rocking curve, ECV doping profile and others
-Spearhead development, management and execution of all MOCVD epigrowth engineering and development activities of optoelectronics and photonics integrated circuits to meet NPD/NPI design goals and requirements
-Improve MOCVD epigrowth process quality indices and systems such as Line Yield and Statistical Process Control, and manage process change control
-Set up quality program for epigrowth runs, including creation and maintenance of control documentation of work instructions and process documentations, establishing process control and training of engineers
-Track all MOCVD related material usage and drive cost reductions
-Plan and ensure execution of scheduled maintenance together with the maintenance team
-Ensure uptime of MOCVD epitaxial growth and characterization equipment
-Lead in assessment and execution of reliability and process qualification of new MOCVD related materials, such as substrates, growth sources, scrubber solutions and so on
-Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned; participate in special projects as required
-Provide training and guidance to junior engineers
-Regular reporting on process engineering and improvement updates
-Overall in-charge of Environment, Health and Safety system of the MOCVD system and related material characterization tools
-Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Serve as a technical team or task
-Interfaces with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning quality and assure that effective corrective action or improvement is

【業務内容】
・MOCVDプラネタリーリアクターおよび水平型リアクターを用いたIII-V族化合物半導体のエピタキシャル成長・再成長プロセスを担当し、成長中モニタリングおよび成長後評価（PL、XRD、ECV等）を実施。
・オプトエレクトロニクスおよびフォトニック集積回路向けのエピ成長技術開発を主導し、新製品開発（NPD）および新製品導入（NPI）を推進。
・歩留まり向上、SPC導入、工程変更管理などのプロセス改善および品質管理を推進。
・品質管理プログラムの構築、作業手順書・工程文書の整備、工程管理体制の確立およびエンジニア教育を担当。
・MOCVD関連材料の評価・認定、使用管理およびコスト削減活動を推進。
・MOCVD成長装置および評価装置の保全計画、稼働率管理、環境・安全衛生（EHS）管理を担当。
・サプライヤーおよび顧客との品質対応を行い、是正措置や改善活動を推進。
・若手エンジニアの育成・指導を行い、技術チームおよびプロジェクトチームをリード。
・技術動向の調査、特別プロジェクトへの参画、各種改善活動の進捗報告を実施。
・その他、関連業務全般を担当。

Minimum Education : Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience : A minimum 8 years of experience in MOCVD epigrowth process for III-V materials and based on planetary reactor systems with extensive experience in manufacturing/ process development, operations management in the field of photonics, semiconductors, telecommunications, company with similar or larger size and market
Specific Knowledge / Skills
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations,
- Understanding process Experience using Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of up-to-date production and automation equipment, processes, designs and functions

・III-V族化合物半導体向けMOCVDエピタキシャル成長プロセスにおいて、プラネタリーリアクターシステムを用いた8年以上の実務経験
・フォトニクス、半導体、通信業界、または同等以上の規模・企業価値を持つ企業において、製造・プロセス開発およびオペレーションマネジメントの豊富な経験
・研究開発、品質保証、製造・運用部門との部門横断的な調整・連携ができること
・プロセスバリデーションに関する知識・経験を有すること

・最新の生産設備、自動化設備、製造プロセス、設計および機能に関する知識を有すること
