・Accompany overseas customers and suppliers during business meetings, site visits, and business meals as part of client relationship management and business hospitality

✓Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant
✓Minimum 2 years for Executive
✓Minimum 5 years for Assistant Manager/Manager
✓Experience in industrial or trading sales is preferred
✓Candidates with experience in manufacturing sales, industrial trading, or distribution—particularly in Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Automotive, Chemical, Semiconductor, or related industries—are encouraged to
✓Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) is
✓Good command of English, Malay, and Mandarin
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✓Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
✓Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, including business meetings, site visits, and business entertainment activities ( dinners and networking events).
