Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of our business in This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and performance in alignment with the company’s global and regional

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board to support long-term
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, taxation, cash flow, and financial
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS/VAS).
- Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations, and international financial
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks through internal
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the finance team, building local capabilities and ensuring high
- Foster collaboration between the Vietnam finance team and regional/global finance
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic
- Act as the primary finance liaison between local and head office/regional
Administration management
- Lead and mentor the administration Departments: A&F and MIS (IT) , HR&GA and Legal , Logistics and Customer Service for CE Products Dept
応募要件
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- MBA or CPA/ACCA/CA
- Minimum 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or same level
- Prior experience working in Vietnam, Japan or ASIAN is highly
- In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
- Understanding of tax, legal, and compliance requirements in
