■Business Operations & Technology Transformation
・Lead business and transformation workstreams across large-scale change
・Assess current operating models, processes, governance, and technology

■ ビジネスオペレーション・テクノロジートランスフォーメーション
・大規模な変革プロジェクトにおいて、業務改革およびトランスフォーメーション領域のワークストリームをリードする。
・現行の業務オペレーションモデル、業務プロセス、ガバナンス、およびIT環境を分析・評価する。
・将来の業務オペレーションモデル、業務プロセス、およびガバナンス体制を設計する。
・ワークショップのファシリテーション、要件定義、Fit-Gap分析、課題解決を推進する。
・業務要件定義書、業務フロー図、ロードマップ、経営層向けプレゼンテーション資料などの成果物を作成する。
・部門横断のチームを調整・管理し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進する。
・テスト、運用準備、チェンジマネジメント、導入後の安定化までを支援する。
■ クライアントアドバイザリー・ステークホルダーマネジメント
・クライアントの主要ステークホルダーや経営層との良好な関係を構築・維持する。
・ビジネス課題を分析し、実践的な改善提案を行う。
・プロジェクト全体における意思決定やステークホルダー間の合意形成を支援する。
・ガバナンス会議、ステアリングコミッティ、経営会議向けの資料を作成する。
・プロジェクトのリスク、依存関係、課題、スコープ変更を管理する。
■ コンサルティング事業の拡大・社内業務
・新規案件の開拓、提案書作成、RFP対応、クライアント向けプレゼンテーションを支援する。
・コンサルティング手法、フレームワーク、ナレッジ資産の整備・改善に貢献する。
・市場調査や業界分析を行い、ソートリーダーシップの強化を支援する。
・リソース計画、予算・収支管理、レポーティング、および業務改善活動に携わる。
■ チームマネジメント
・コンサルタント、ビジネスアナリスト、およびSMEの指導・育成を行う。
・ワークストリームの進捗管理、タスク割り当て、およびプロジェクト全体の進行管理を担当する。
・成果物のレビューを行い、品質およびクライアントニーズへの適合性を確保する。

・Bachelor's degree in a relevant
・Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with English and Japanese stakeholders and
・Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consulting
・Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, gather business requirements, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder
・Experience collaborating with business, operations, technology, and support functions to deliver complex transformation
・Strong understanding of business impact assessment and organizational change management related to process, technology, and operating model
・Experience in PMO, program management, or managing multiple workstreams within large-scale transformation
・Proven ability to develop executive presentations, business cases, client deliverables, and project governance
・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
・Experience leading teams, mentoring junior resources, managing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality project
・Self-driven team player with a willingness to contribute to business development, proposal support, knowledge management, and internal practice
【応募要件】
・関連分野の学士号を有すること。
・英語および日本語を使用するクライアントや関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを行うためのビジネスレベルの英語・日本語能力。
・コンサルティングファームでの実務経験5年以上。
・ワークショップのファシリテーション、ステークホルダーへのヒアリング、業務要件の収集、および多様な関係者間での合意形成をリードした経験。
・様々な部門と連携し、複雑な業務改革・トランスフォーメーションプロジェクトを推進した経験。
・業務プロセス、テクノロジー、およびオペレーティングモデルの変革に伴う、ビジネスインパクト評価および組織変革マネジメントに関する理解。
・PMO、プログラムマネジメント、または大規模な変革プロジェクトにおける複数ワークストリームの管理経験。
・経営層向けプレゼンテーション資料やクライアント向け成果物等の作成経験。
・Microsoft PowerPoint、Excelをはじめとするビジネスツールを高度に活用できること。
・チームリーダーとしてメンバーの育成・指導、成果物の管理、および高品質なプロジェクト成果の実現をリードした経験。
・主体性を持ってチームに貢献できる方であり、事業開発、提案書作成支援、ナレッジマネジメント、社内業務改善・組織活動にも積極的に携われること。
