・営業チームを支援するために、コンサルティング、ソリューション、および製品知識を提供する。
・顧客のビジネス要件や技術要件を特定し、適切な解決策を提案し営業機会を創出する。
・顧客に解決策を提案し、技術的な提案書の作成やコストを算出する。
・市場動向を常に把握し、顧客のビジネスや技術要件に対応するとともに、既存の重点ソリューションを強化するために適切な新製品やサービスを見つける。
・ビジネスパートナーと密接に連携し、ビジネス関係を構築・拡大する。
・受注したプロジェクトをポストセールスチームに引き継ぐ。
・既存顧客を維持し、サービスのアップセルを行う。

・ネットワーク分野でのIT経験5年以上。
・高いビジネス感覚を持ち、最新技術を常にキャッチアップする意欲があること。
・顧客対応の経験が必須。
・日本のカウンターパートや本社とのリエゾンが必要なため、英語および日本語での優れた口頭・文書によるコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉スキル。
・5 years of IT experience in Network
・Skills in one or more of the following areas a plus: Cisco Data center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, ), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN
・Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current
・Must have experience working in a customer-facing
・Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills in English and Japanese (Need to liaise with Japan counterpart and headquarter)
