1 Responsible for detailed mechanical design and drafting work of IC Socket based on customer
2 Create 2D or 3D data's based on NBO from Sales team by using related CAD
3 Liaise and work in close collaboration with Sales team and Production to optimize the engineering
4 To complete the project assigned on schedule under a demanding
5 To provide technical guides, solutions and customer service supports from time to
6 To provide detail accumulative tolerance analysis on the design
7 Generate and prepare detail of design drawing, Bill of Material within project
8 Prepare and upload completed drawings and data's to GEOS Meslink
9 Ensure all registration of drawing numbers and codes follow the company design standard
10 Work closely with machining suppliers or else in design issue with good solution from time to
11 Apply modification drawing in time when
12 Verify customer package drawing with existing socket
13 Reports all irregular issues and problems to supervisor for
14 Plans, prepares and gives presentations to Sales team and related parties via DR
15 Ensure components and assemblies adhere to good applicable of socket
16 Project/NBO Leadership and ability to manage and achieve predefined NBO schedule and relevant
17 Assist NBO Management in the development of NBO to ensure accurate technical, staffing and requirement
18 Develops new product concepts that are innovative, high-quality, and satisfy customer requirements throught the full product development

1 Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
2 Required skill(s): 2D, 3D CAD,Solidworks, MS Office
3 Required language(s): English
4 Good communication skill in Japanese will be added advantage
●At least 3 Years of working experience in Semiconductor and equivalent industry
● Knowhow of using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidwork, )
● Analytical design skill in problem solving related to socket issue
