Drive banking system enhancement and payment data migration as Business

【業務内容】
・本社およびシンガポール拠点との進捗確認、フィードバック提供、品質保証支援を通じて、システム改善プロジェクトをサポート。
・顧客向けデータ移行対応として、各種アナウンスの実施、データフォーマット要件の説明、およびテストの調整を担当。
・プロジェクト全体のタスク進捗管理および課題解決を担当。
・プロジェクトにおける業務フロー計画書のレビュー。
・現行業務と新システム要件の差異分析・の実施。
・トランザクションバンキングの業務観点から要件を定義・整理し、プロジェクトチームへフィードバックを提供。
・関係部署やクライアント部門との社内・部門横断ミーティングを調整・主導。
・プロジェクトに参画する社内メンバーと連携し、プロジェクト推進を支援

・Bachelor's degree in any related
・Minimum with 5-8 years proven consulting or Business Analyst experience in a reputable or established consulting
・Experience working and supporting client’s banking system projects is highly
・Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking, specifically in payments or transaction banking (cash management).
・Strong understanding of payment data formats such as MT101, MT103, 001, 008, 053, 052, MT940,
・Strong consulting skills including logical thinking, issue resolution, communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and
・Project management skills such as progress tracking, issue management, scope and change control, and vendor
・Motivation to study and quickly gain expertise in bank payment and Transaction Banking Cash areas as a Business Analyst is
・Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with English and Japanese stakeholders and
・High level of self-discipline, accountability, and motivation to learn the client’s
・Professional demeanor with the ability to proactively drive tasks and collaborate effectively with
・Experience in project management, including tracking progress, managing scope and issues, and vendor coordination is a

・関連分野における学士号。
・コンサルティングファームにおいて、コンサルタントまたはビジネスアナリストとして5～8年以上の実務経験。
・銀行業界において、特に決済業務またはトランザクションバンキング領域でのビジネスアナリストまたはコンサルタント経験。
・論理的思考力、課題解決力、コミュニケーション能力、会議ファシリテーション能力、および資料作成能力。
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル。
・英語・日本語双方の関係者および顧客と連携するための、英語および日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力。
・高い自己管理能力、責任感、および顧客ビジネスへの理解を深める学習意欲。
