Support business and technology transformation for English and Japanese-speaking
■Business Operations & Technology Transformation
・Support transformation projects by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and documenting
・Assist with Fit-Gap analysis, process design, testing, and implementation
・Prepare project deliverables, including process maps, business requirements, status reports, and
・Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support project
・Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and business
■Client & Stakeholder Management

【業務内容】
■ ビジネスオペレーション＆テクノロジートランスフォーメーション
・要件の収集、業務プロセスの分析、ソリューションの文書化を通じて、業務変革プロジェクトを支援。
・Fit-Gap分析、プロセス設計、テスト、導入・実装業務をサポート。
・業務プロセスマップ、ビジネス要件、進捗報告書、プレゼンテーション資料など、プロジェクト成果物を作成。
・ビジネス、オペレーション、テクノロジーの各チームと連携し、プロジェクトの遂行を支援。
・プロジェクト上のリスク、課題、依存関係、ビジネスへの影響を管理・追跡。
■ クライアント＆ステークホルダーマネジメント
・ステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを取り、ビジネス上のニーズや課題を把握。
・ワークショップ、インタビュー、要件定義・要件収集セッションをサポート。
・プロジェクトの進捗報告、ガバナンス資料、会議資料・議事録などを作成。
・業界動向や先進的な取り組みについて調査し、インサイトを提供。
■ プラクティス開発＆オペレーション
・提案書作成、RFPへの回答、クライアント調査、ビジネス開発活動をサポート。
・ナレッジ資料、方法論、社内イニシアチブの作成・推進に貢献。
・プロジェクトのレポーティング、文書作成、各種オペレーション業務をサポート。
■ チームコラボレーション
・プロジェクトチームおよびクライアントのステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、プロジェクト目標の達成に貢献。
・担当業務に責任を持ち、高品質な成果物を作成。
・必要に応じて、ジュニアメンバーのサポートおよび指導を実施。
・ナレッジ共有や継続的な業務改善活動に貢献。

・Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with English and Japanese stakeholders and
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant
・Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting and/or transformation-related
・Experience supporting business transformation, digital transformation, process improvement, operating model, or system implementation
・Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, and documentation
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking
・Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across cross-functional
・Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
・Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project documentation
・Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, project-based
・Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
・Experience in Banking or Financial Services projects would be
・Knowledge of banking operations, business processes, or transformation initiatives would be
・Exposure to PMO, business analysis, testing, or implementation activities would be a

【応募要件】
・英語・日本語の両方で高いコミュニケーション能力を有していること（ビジネスレベル必須）。
英語・日本語を使用するステークホルダーおよびクライアントとの調整・折衝ができること。
・関連分野の学士号を取得していること。
・コンサルティングまたはトランスフォーメーション関連業務における3年以上の実務経験。
・ビジネストランスフォーメーション、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、業務プロセス改善、オペレーティングモデル、システム導入・実装などのプロジェクトを支援した経験。
・ビジネス分析、要件収集、業務プロセスマッピング、Fit-Gap分析、各種ドキュメント作成に関する知識。
・優れた分析力、問題解決能力、クリティカルシンキング。
・部門横断的なチームにおいて、ビジネスおよびテクノロジー部門のステークホルダーと協働した経験。
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力。
・PowerPoint、Excel、プロジェクト関連資料の作成に精通していること。
・チームで協働するプロジェクトベースの環境で効果的に業務を遂行できること。
・主体性があり、変化に柔軟に対応でき、スピード感のある環境で複数の業務・優先事項を管理できること。
・銀行または金融サービス関連のプロジェクト経験があれば尚可。
・銀行業務、ビジネスプロセス、トランスフォーメーション施策に関する知識があれば尚可。
・PMO、ビジネス分析、テスト、システム導入・実装などの業務経験があれば尚可。
・大規模なビジネスまたはテクノロジートランスフォーメーションプログラムを支援した経験があれば尚可。
・提案書作成、クライアント向けプレゼンテーション、ビジネス開発活動に携わった経験があれば尚可。
・国際的または多文化なプロジェクト環境での勤務経験があれば尚可。
