Key Responsibilities,
Support to Technical & Operational Leadership
- Oversee TIW–RCY operational processes to ensure compliance with NEA regulations and industry
- Lead the implementation and optimization of waste treatment and recycling
- Improve operational efficiency, resource recovery, and environmental
- Support the transfer of technical best practices and know-how from Japan to enhance incineration, WWTP, HF, CaF₂ and related
Operational Financial Management & Budgeting
- Support the development of the annual operations
- Monitor operational costs and drive cost-saving
- Support the achievement of budgeted EBIT
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize operational
- Work with the Finance & Administration team to track performance
Team Management & Leadership
- Support Factory Managers and the President in building a strong learning and performance
- Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings such as Toolbox, Supervisors’ Meetings, Management Meetings, Project Meetings, and Safety
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Foster teamwork and collaborative
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Contribute to long-term strategies for resource recovery, recycling, and
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, or innovative recycling
- Support circular economy initiatives and environmental
- Enhance productivity and cost efficiency while ensuring regulatory
Safety & Risk Management
- Work closely with the EHS Department to enforce safety protocols and regulatory
- Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and safe operating
- Assist in incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive
- Promote a strong safety-first culture in all hazardous waste
Japanese Reporting to Headquarters:
- Prepare accurate and timely operational and financial reports for President / Japan
- Coordinate data collection across departments for monthly
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Japan HQ and Singapore

本社への日本語報告
- 社長／日本本社向けに正確かつタイムリーな運営・財務報告を作成
- 月次報告のために各部門のデータ収集を調整
- 日本本社とシンガポール拠点間のコミュニケーションと整合性を促進

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Chemical, Mechanical or related field). Master degree is a
- Experience in operations management, waste management, industrial manufacturing, or project
- Strong technical knowledge in incineration, WWTP, HF/CaF₂ and chemical engineering
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary
- Proficiency in Japanese is required for daily communication with Japanese speaking internal
- 化学工学、機械工学、関連分野の学士号
- 運営管理、廃棄物管理、産業製造、またはプロジェクト調整の経験
- 焼却、廃水処理、HF/CaF₂、化学工学原理に関する技術知識
- 高い分析力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力
