業務内容
Lead Banking IT Projects with Expertise in Access, SQL, and Team Management!
・Develop and maintain EUC tools primarily using Microsoft Access and
・Develop and maintain other systems using SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows
・Manage the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a Waterfall
・Lead and manage a team of 3–4 engineers, while also handling individual
・Serve as the interface with stakeholders, mainly the Bank IT
・Ensure clear communication with end users, translating technical matters into simple explanations
・Microsoft Access および Excel を中心とした EUC ツールの開発・保守
・Windows Server 環境において、SSIS、ストアドプロシージャ、PowerShell スクリプト、SQL Server などを用いた各種システムの開発・保守
・ウォーターフォール型開発環境におけるシステム開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）全体の管理
・3～4名のエンジニアチームのリードおよびマネジメント
・主に銀行IT部門を中心としたステークホルダーとの窓口対応
・技術的な内容をエンドユーザーにも分かりやすく説明し、円滑なコミュニケーションを確保
