業務内容
The Controlling Manager function is to oversee the Finance Control and Reporting of the
She/He has an overview of all relevant key figures and supports the management with the help of various
reports, analyses, and forecasts for strategic decisions, such as financing and planning
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance budget month N-1 on all P/L and
- B/S activity analysis lines)
- Contribute with CFO to present financial reporting to internal stakeholders and/or external stakeholders upon request
- Provide top management with perpetual required financial reporting and KPI; weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Provide financial support, trend analysis, and key insights to the internal stakeholders
- Must work with other departments to achieve plant objectives and requirements, make improvements, and identify inefficiencies
- Prepare Best estimate, forecast, budget and all P/L, B/S lines
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Develop or implement standard management control tools
- Validate Capex requests submitted by departments/ Support internal/external audit processes
- Management and provide minute meeting of credit control task
- Coordinate with government agencies and banks
- Coach, guide, manage Financial Analyst and reporting HC
o Ensure on-time delivery and overall responsibility of the financial reporting
o Maintain internal rules (policies/procedures/WI), up to date in his/her area of responsibility
o Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements –
o Perform the tasks as requested by superior
応募要件
- Bachelor degree or master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 8-10 years’ experience (all included)
- Must have 3-4 years controlling experience in a manufacturing environment (international business environment
- would be an advantage)
- Pro-active personality and problem-solving mindset
- Flexible and able to handle short deadlines
- Familiar with Sistrade (ERP system) would be an advantage
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Power BI skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
