・グループ会社の経営管理⽀援
・現在進⾏中の、⽇本のIPをASIA各国に展開する企画プロデュース / サポート業務の拡⼤。
・新規営業活動及び各種イベント等との連携など
・新規事業創出
・事業コンセプト・ビジョンの策定
・市場調査、事業調査
・事業計画
・事業創出に当たる新規開拓営業戦略策定、推進
・営業戦略、営業リストの作成
・顧客管理・分析

✓Need to meet at least one of below requirements (1-3).
✓ Three+ years of experience in planning, launching, and managing a new business (or startup experience) in Japan or
✓ Three+ years of experience in actively finding and developing international business partners (sales activities).
✓ Three+ years of experience in global business, or you are eager to use your current skills to drive projects in the global
✓Strong interest, knowledge, or experience in video production, IP, anime, or other entertainment
✓Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation
✓Easily blend into different cultures without hesitation and have a talent for spotting business opportunities in new
✓Confident and great at motivating and gathering support from people around
✓Highly creative and have a strong drive to take on new challenges and possess strong leadership
✓3年以上国内外問わず、新規事業(もしくは、起業経験)の企画⽴案~⽴ち上げ~運⽤業務の経験 (取り扱う商材や事業の成功体験は不問、国内のみの経験者である場合、海外での実務に対し、情熱のある⽅）
✓3年以上、海外ビジネスパートナーの開拓(営業活動)経験のある⽅
✓グローバルビジネスの実務経験を有している、もしくは今までの経験を活かしてグローバルマーケットでの業務推進を希望している
✓上記要件の内⼀つ以上をクリアしている⽅。
(多少スキルが不⾜していても情熱と仕事内容に関⼼の深い⽅）
✓映像制作/IP/アニメ/その他エンターテインメントコンテンツに深い関⼼/知識/経験のある⽅
✓コミュニケーション能⼒、対⼈能⼒、語学⼒(3年以上のビジネス英会話の経験)、プレゼンテーション能⼒
✓異国の⽂化に物怖じせず積極的に溶け込み、現地でビジネスの⽷⼝を⾒つけ出すことができる⽅
