◆新規事業開発担当（IP・コンテンツ×グローバル展開）
クリエイティブ・コンテンツ領域の事業アセットを活用し、国内外に向けた新規事業の企画・開発を推進していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・IP・コンテンツを活用した0→1フェーズの新規事業企画
・ライセンス、デジタルコンテンツ、体験型エンターテインメント等の新たな収益モデルの検討
・海外市場における日本発コンテンツの市場調査・事業展開検討
・海外プラットフォーム、現地パートナー、ライセンシーとの交渉・提携推進
・PoC（概念実証）の企画・実行
・収支計画、権利関係、リソース計画を含む事業計画の策定
・既存の枠組みにとらわれず、アイデアを実際のビジネスへと形にしていくことが求められるポジションです。
◆New Business Development – IP & Global Expansion
You will develop new businesses in Japan and overseas by leveraging content, IP, and creative business
【Key Responsibilities】
・Develop new businesses using IP and content from the 0-to-1 phase
・Explore new monetization models such as licensing, digital content, and experiential entertainment
・Conduct overseas market research and develop business expansion strategies
・Negotiate and build partnerships with platforms, local partners, and licensees
・Plan and execute PoC initiatives
・Prepare business plans, including financial projections, rights-related matters, and resource planning

◆必須条件
・IP、コンテンツ、エンターテインメント領域での事業開発・企画経験3年以上
・0→1フェーズの新規事業開発経験
・海外市場の調査・事業検討ができるビジネスレベルの英語力
・事業計画、市場分析、ロジカルシンキング能力
◆歓迎条件
・アニメ、映像、ゲーム、キャラクター等のライセンス実務経験
・権利ビジネス、契約、知的財産に関する知識
・海外事業立ち上げ、海外パートナーとの提携・交渉経験

◆Must-have Qualifications
・3+ years in IP, content, or entertainment business development
・Experience in 0-to-1 new business development
・Business English for research, negotiation, and discussions
・Business planning, market analysis, and logical thinking skills
◆Preferred Qualifications
・Licensing experience in anime, video, games, characters, or other IP
・Knowledge of rights management, contracts, or intellectual property
・Experience in overseas business development or partnership negotiations
◆Ideal Candidate
・Strong interest in IP/content business
・Passion for expanding content globally
・Able to handle complex rights issues flexibly
・Proactive and comfortable with uncertainty
