業務内容
◆新規事業開発担当（国内・グローバル領域）
クリエイティブ・コンテンツ領域で培った事業基盤やネットワークを活用し、国内外に向けた新規事業の企画・開発を推進していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・0→1フェーズの新規事業企画・ビジネスモデル構築
・市場調査、競合分析、顧客ニーズの検証
・PoC（概念実証）やテストマーケティングの企画・実行
・収支シミュレーション、事業計画、リソース計画の策定
・海外市場における新たなビジネス機会の探索
・国内外のパートナー企業との連携・アライアンス推進
既存の枠組みにとらわれず、アイデアを実際のビジネスへと形にしていくことが求められるポジションです。
◆New Business Development – Domestic & Global Markets
You will develop and drive new business opportunities in Japan and overseas by leveraging the company’s strengths, business assets, and professional networks in the creative and content
【Key Responsibilities】
・Develop new business ideas and business models from the 0-to-1 phase
・Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs validation
・Plan and execute PoC (Proof of Concept) and test marketing
・Prepare financial projections, business plans, and resource plans
・Explore new business opportunities in overseas markets
・Build partnerships and alliances with domestic and international companies
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning new ideas into real business

◆必須条件
・新規事業開発、特に0→1フェーズの実務経験3年以上
・市場調査や海外ビジネスの検討ができるビジネスレベルの英語力
・市場分析、事業計画策定、ロジカルシンキング能力
◆歓迎条件
