-Intermediate level of English proficiency
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field
-Experience in designing factories, offices, malls, and hospitals
-Proficient in using 2D , 3D CAD software
-Must own a car and possess a valid driving license
-Flexible and willing to relocate based on project locations
