・製品品質及び規格遵守のためQA/QCチームを総括・管理する。
・品質マジメントシステム（ISO9001, ISO140001等）の構築・運用・維持
・受入・工程内・出荷前の品質管理業務の監督
・原因分析及び是正・予備措置の主導
・顧客クレームの対応及び迅速な問題解決
・内部監査の実施及び会部監査対応
・サプライヤー品質のモニタリングおよび改善活動の推進
・QA方針・手順書・教育プログラムの策定
・生産・技術・開発部門との連携による品質向上活動

- Oversee and manage the QA/QC team to ensure product quality and compliance with
- Establish, operate, and maintain quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ).
- Supervise quality control operations for incoming, in-process, and pre-shipment
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Conduct internal audits and respond to external
- Monitor supplier quality and promote improvement
- Develop QA policies, procedures, and training
