・SAP FI（財務会計）、PI（支払指示）、SDMM（販売・購買管理）領域における機能改善要求に関連する要件の収集および定義を担当。
・SAPモジュールのカスタマイズ開発以外にも、RPAツールなどのITソリューションを柔軟に提案する。
・提案内容を関係者全員が容易に理解できるよう、明確かつ構造的にドキュメント化する。
・SAPモジュール開発においてプロジェクトマネージャーの役割を担い、コスト・スケジュール・課題を管理しながら、社内外の関係者と緊密に連携して円滑なプロジェクト遂行を図る。
・必要に応じて会議を設定し、議論を促進してプロジェクトの進捗を推進する。
・会計および財務業務に対する深い理解を持ち、ユーザーインタビューを通じてITツール導入の定量的・定性的な影響を評価し、結果を報告書としてまとめる。
・支払取引件数、契約・実績記録、会計伝票明細などのSAP利用指標を調査し、関係者にわかりやすく報告する。
・ユーザーの日常業務に支障をきたす問題が発生した場合は、原因を調査し、円滑な解決のために日本語でITベンダーへエスカレーションする。
