・関連部門の専門家のサポートを受けながら、会社のサービス全般（例：ビザ、事業ライセンス、会社設立申請、記帳、税務、給与計算）に関して日本人クライアントにアドバイザリーを提供する
・日本人クライアントに対して、マレーシアの最新規制情報を継続的に更新する
・担当する日本人クライアントとの間で、見積書やサービス契約に関する連絡を取る
・社内外で、英語から日本語、日本語から英語への口頭および書面での翻訳サービスを提供する
・日本人クライアントのニーズを理解し、最適なソリューションやガイドラインを提供する
・優れた顧客サービスを通じて顧客との関係を維持し、日本人クライアントのビジネスに応じたニーズを満たす
・管理報告用に活動情報やパイプラインを定期的に更新する
Japanese Consultant (Native)
・ Assisting Japanese clients when giving advisory for all company services ( visa, business license, incorporation of company application, bookkeeping, tax, and payroll) with the support of each related departments’ professional
・ Continuously update Japanese clients regarding the latest regulation in Malaysia
・ Liaising with assigned Japanese clients regarding quotation and service agreement
・ Provide translation service from English to Japanese, Japanese to English internally and externally in verbal and in writing
・ Understand Japanese client’s needs and provide the best solutions and guidelines
・ To maintain customer relationship and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting Japanese client needs appropriate to their business
・ Regularly update activity information and pipelines for management reporting

✓ 英語および日本語でのビジネスレベルの読み書きおよび会話能力
✓ いずれかの分野で少なくとも学士号を取得していること
✓ 就労ビザ（Employment Pass）の取得が容易となるよう、少なくとも3〜5年の実務経験、または配偶者がマレーシア人であれば3年以上の実務経験
✓ 会計のバックグラウンドまたは実務経験があれば尚可
✓Background or working experiences in accounting would be preferable
✓Business English & Japanese communication skills in writing and speaking
✓At least bachelor’s degree in any field
✓At least 3-5 years working experiences to obtain Employment Pass easily or at least 3 years working experiences if his/her spouse is
