・インバウンドコール対応
・旅行の計画や世界各地のホテル予約に関して顧客をサポート
・顧客からの問い合わせ対応およびカスタマーケア関連の問題解決
・予約の機会を最大限に活かし、会員の継続・ロイヤルティを促進
・顧客にとってわかりやすい文章でメール対応を実施
・他部門と連携しながら業務ニーズに対応し、会員満足の実現を図る
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for servicing inbound member calls from our client's Member This position will complete reservations and encourage member retention through value-added
➤Handle in-bound calls within corporate service levels
➤Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations
➤Answering customer enquiries and resolving customer care issues
➤Optimize booking opportunities and promoting member retention and loyalty
➤Answer emails with accuracy, clarity and simplicity in a customer friendly manner
➤Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and member satisfaction achieved
応募要件
・専門学校卒業以上の学歴を有すること
・関連分野での1年以上の実務経験が望ましい
・丁寧な電話対応マナー、口頭・書面でのコミュニケーション能力
・旅行関連の予約システムの使用経験がある方は優遇
・複数の業務を同時にこなし、自立して作業できる能力
・社内関係者とコミュニケーションを取るために英語力が必要
・日本人顧客対応の対応を行うために日本語力が必要
➤Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or
➤1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
➤Customer service oriented
➤Good Communication Skills
➤Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills
➤Experience with travel related reservation system will be an advantage
➤Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
➤Required language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English with internal stakeholders and Japanese with Japanese speaking
